About LIBERTAD

I’m Blanca, known as Libertad, which means Liberty. Since 2019, I’ve worked full time as a mural artist and art facilitator, collaborating with communities across Ireland, Mexico and Argentina.

Every mural follows a process rooted in community, no two are the same, but the approach always is.

If you are looking for a collabotive mural in a public space where the community can point to and say: We did it together!

COMISSION A MURAL

01. Research & Listening

I meet the community, learn the site’s history and understand what matters to the people who live and work there.

02. Co-Designing

Workshops with community members of all ages to collaboratively create the visual concept before we start painting.

03. Painting Together

The painting process is open and participatory. Everyone is welcome to contribute, no experience needed.
